My approach for helping you
When we are caught up in our problems or challenges, it can make it difficult to appreciate or see what is working or positive in our lives. My approach is solution focused, which means that we focus on what is already working for you, what you want, rather than don’t want and most importantly, how you would like to feel.
My sessions are about supporting you with becoming more in alignment with who you really are and how you would like your life to be.
